Incomplete / Incorrect Name

Please ensure that you are entering the first and last name of the cardholder, exactly as it appears on the card. If the name is not entered the same way, the bank’s server will not accept it resulting in the incomplete transaction.

Too Many Attempts / Card Usage in 24 hours

Some cards have usage limitations, and will automatically block transactions if attempted after a certain threshold. Usually, in our country, If you wrongly mention the PIN for more than 3 times, the card will be blocked and you will have to contact the bank to release the block or wait until the next day.

CVC Code
Please ensure you are perfectly entering the CVC code i.e., the numbers printed on the back of the card. Wrong CVC code won’t support the transfer.

If you are not happy with our course, please let us know through Request for Refund’ mentioning the details of your name, registration number, payment details, date of joining, bank details etc. and your amount will be credited to your account within 10 days. If it is not credited to your account in that period, please contact support@pracharya.in

If you’re still unable to find your course, please contact Support with the following details:
 The exact course title
 Your first and last name
 Course purchase date
 Purchase receipt
 If you have paid through a debit/credit card, please provide the last four digits on the card as well as the cardholder’s name as it appears on the card.
 Please provide the PayUmoney receipt including the transaction id.
1. A Request for Refund will not be accepted if it is made after 30 days of signing up for the course.
2. If more than 30% of course content was viewed before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected.

Open an email you want to unsubscribe from. Next to the sender’s name, click Unsubscribe or Change preferences. If you don’t see these options, follow the steps above to block the sender or mark the message as spam.

Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
It’s possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to support@pracharya.in
